1. What is dropshipping?

Dropshipping is a type of business model which enables a company to operate without maintaining inventory, owning a warehouse to store their products, or even having to ship their products to their customers themselves. How it works is that the retailer partners up with a dropship supplier that manufactures and/or warehouses products, packages the products, and ships them directly to the retailer’s customer, on the retailer’s behalf.

In simpler terms, this is how dropshipping works:

  1. The customer places an order for a product on the retailer’s online store.
  2. The retailer automatically or manually forwards the order and customer details to the dropship supplier.
  3. The dropship supplier packages and ships the order directly to the customer in the retailer’s name


2. How much it cost to be a myegudang dropshipper?

- FREE OF CHARGE. Just register on myegudang and reply the registration confirmation email to inform us that you want to be our dropshipper.

- myegudang does not take any commission on your sale. We just provide you the suggested retail price for our items but yes, you decide your own profit margin.

- Risk-free online business creation and management.

- You pay only for what your customers purchased.

- You pay wholesale price even if you order 1 item. That's the privilege that you get after becoming a member of myegudang dropship team :)


3. How can I get the product information and images?

We provides you all the product descriptions, images, dimensions and the suggested retail price, you are free to use and present the information in your website. After browsing the product catalogue and choosing your desired products, you can copy and paste the items onto your site.


4. Do I have to buy and keep stock of items that I want to sell?

You do not have to worry about warehousing the products, packaging & shipping, inventory management. All this is taken care for you so you can focus on generating traffic to your store and selling the products.


5. What is Suggested Retail Price(SRP)? Do I need to follow it?

Suggested Retai Price (SRP) is the price at which we recommends dropshipper to sell our product with. In your marketplace you are free to sell our products at the price you think is best. We state the recommended SRP so that you have a clearer picture how much others are selling.


6. Where can I sell these item (do dropship)?

You can sell it either online or offline. You can even do both if you want! For online marketplace, you can use Lazada, Shopee, 11 street (currently unavailable), Facebook, Carousell including other social medial site as your online selling platform.

7. What do I do when I get an order?

Login to your Dropshipper myegudang account. Go to the product catalogue and select the items you wish to deliver. Upon check out, please fill in the delivery details accurately. Then you pay the item with the dropship price + shipping fee. And that’s it! Myegudang will take care of the rest for you.



8. Can I go to see, check and collect my order by myself?

Yes, we highly recommend you to come to our warehouse to see all the products here especially for our dropshipper, you can come here to arrange your order yourself using our facilities here. You can waze or Google map My E Gudang for the location. We are open weekdays 9.30am-5.00pm for our dropshipper to come.
